How much should I charge for cleaning service?

Any ideas on how much to charge for residential/commercial cleaning service in Illinois? I was thinking $25 per room 3 room minimum/$20 per room bathroom $30 and kitchen $30/or a fee for whole house $100 for weekly/$150 for move in/out service. I really need some direction. Prices in my area are all over the place from $70 for weekly cleaning to $25 per hour.
